If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the many years that I’ve been making things happen, sharing our mission / helping you with your health whether it’s in interviewing guests for Wellness + Wisdom podcast, creating programs or just getting through my busy day, this is probably the most important thing to know:

It doesn’t matter what you want. The only way to get what you want is to start. Just start and live your dream life TODAY. Not tomorrow.

Which I know can be difficult for some who want to make a list and check it off twice. But if you feel stuck, unhappy, or you’re struggling…it’s time to make a stand. It is time to get started. Because you are enough, just as you are.

You don’t need anyone’s permission to be who you want to be. (If you do need permission, consider it granted.) And it’s NEVER too late. You’re never going to know what you could be, do, or have unless you get started.

How to live your dream life in 5 steps?

  1. Find your motivation: What do you want to achieve? Why is it important to you?
  2. Break down your goal into smaller, achievable steps: Start with the most actionable step and take small steps every day until you reach your goal.
  3. Make a commitment to yourself: Make a plan, commit to that plan, and then get started!
  4. Let go of fear: Fear can be crippling when it comes to achieving our goals, but don’t let it stop you from taking the first step.
  5. Take massive action: The key to success is action — so start taking it now!

Find your motivation: What do you want to achieve? Why is it important to you?

Finding motivation is an essential part of realizing our dreams and achieving our goals. What drives us forward, and pushes us to keep going when the going gets tough? To answer this we must first look within ourselves to identify what matters most, what drives us, and why it’s important for us to achieve our dreams and goals.

Before taking the first step towards fulfilling a goal or living out a dream, one should take some time to consider their “why” – why do I want this? Why should I pursue this goal? Doing so can help clarify our motivations by reminding us of the reasons why we are pursuing something in the first place. This helps give direction and focus to our efforts, enabling us to stay on track even when the going gets tough.

When setting out to achieve a goal or live out a dream, it’s important to break things down into smaller, achievable steps in order to make progress towards the desired outcome.

Achieving something can seem daunting at first, but by breaking it down into smaller pieces we can make steady progress and eventually see results.

Taking small steps daily is the key here – each step should be easy enough that you feel confident in completing them consistently; this way we can avoid overwhelm and maintain momentum when working towards our goal.

It’s also important to focus on the most actionable step first – this will give us a sense of accomplishment and help build our confidence in taking further steps.

Having a clear plan gives us direction and focus so that we can stay on track; making sure that each action taken is leading us closer towards reaching our goals or living out our while also providing us with a sense of accomplishment when milestones are reached.

Fear is an unavoidable part of any journey, no matter how big or small. The key here is not to let fear stop us from taking action – because often times the hardest part is just getting started.

We may have doubts and concerns that prevent us from making progress, but if we take a moment to acknowledge them and then move forward anyway, we will find that these fears become easier to overcome.

Remember that failure is part of learning, so embrace every mistake as an opportunity for growth instead of letting it stop you.

You are capable of more than you know and dreams really are possible if we just take that first step and keep going. Successful people have one thing in common: they took massive action to get where they wanted to be.

Taking the necessary steps towards achieving our goals and living out our dreams can seem overwhelming at times, but by breaking things down into smaller actions and taking consistent steps towards the desired outcome, we can slowly but surely reach our destination.

The most important thing is to just start – make a plan, commit to it, and then take that all-important first step. Even small actions add up over time, so don’t be afraid to take bold steps and challenge yourself. You are capable of more than you know – so start taking action now and see what amazing things can happen!

These are just a few tips to help you stay motivated and focused on achieving your goals and living out your dreams. It may not be easy, but if you keep your motivation close by and take consistent action, anything is possible! So don’t give up – and go after the life that you have always wanted!
