“As a child I always wondered: how do things work?”

Since 2004, I’ve been on a wellness journey in search of the truth. 

The truth about how to embody more focus and time to best serve others, to contribute, and to make a difference. 

The truth about how to embody more energy in my mind + body to be fully present, and more physically + emotionally intelligent to live life well and to leave a legacy for those I love.

My curiosity wasn’t satisfied unless I could pull something apart and put it all back together again. 

To deconstruct was to understand, and so in my personal, professional, and wellness paths it has been just the same. 

Raised in a broken home, with genetics and the odds against me, I found solace from emotional pain by excelling in high school sports. 

I didn’t know it at the time, but this was the start of a cultivation for a lifelong obsession with my personal wellness; something we all deserve to have at the highest level.

Over the past 19 years of insatiable curiosity and learning, I’ve discovered that wellness isn’t something that I do, it’s something that I am. It’s a force inside all of us that guides our thoughts and actions.

My inspiration to coach over 10,000 training sessions as a fitness professional and launch Wellness Force Media in 2010 is deeply rooted in the fabric of an early childhood & adolescent life plagued with weight & health struggles.

It has been a Hero's Journey of wobbling from 2010-2015 when in a “crisis moment” of being fired from a cubicle job that my soul knew wasn't for me. 

I was forced to cultivate the self love and the courage to travel inside my heart where my truth has always lived.

In 2014 I began to walk the path of plant medicine and breathwork in order to let go of my addictions and vices, and after 4 years of darkness, I was given the gift of a loving, conscious relationship with my queen that has given me a whole new meaning of truth, love, kindness, and service

The truth is that my force of wellness stems from an awareness that my own struggles are but a mirror of the state of our current global consciousness.

And that these struggles have allowed me to grow into a more powerful force of wellness to serve myself and our brothers and sisters.

Being a force of wellness means I get to discover my gift of connection, conversation, and contribution to the wellness world, so I can give it all away.

I’ve learned from over 19+ years in the wellness industry and hosting over 500 interviews with some of the most influential leaders in health and wellness in our world one very important thing: 

I am here to share my learning journey and my discoveries – even if it's vulnerable and exposing – about the power of how we all can gather, apply, and embody the physical and emotional intelligence to live life well.
