Today's podcast Is about you, yes you!
I'm talking straight to your heart and soul with a big question:
How Can You Love Your Fear?
Are you living the life that your soul is guiding you to live? Are you embracing and loving your fear?
It's a big question, and one that so many of us simply don't have the right tools or the knowledge to even understand because our parents (God bless them) did the best they could, but they didn't have the right tools or awareness to even understand what this question really means because they didn’t get it from their parents.
If you are the type of person who is committed to bringing forth your innate genius, making your largest possible creative contribution, and cultivating creative fulfillment then this podcast is for you!
After almost six years for his return to the podcast, we bring you a PhD that has been a leader in the field of relationship transformation and Body Mind therapies for more than 50 years.
After earning his PhD in counseling psychology from Stanford, he served as a professor of counseling psychology at the University of Colorado for 21 years.
He has written more than 40 books including best sellers such as 5 Wishes, The Big Leap, and Conscious Loving, and now he is here to talk about his new book The Genius Zone: The Breakthrough Process To End Negative Thinking and Live In True Creativity.
This is the one and only Dr. Gay Hendricks.
