This episode is exploring all the nuances of cold therapy for weight loss, immunity, and emotional health. It's with a first-time guest who was born and raised in Northern California and attended Cal Poly University.

After a near-death motorcycle in Thailand, the experience catapulted him into a journey of self-inquiry. This led him to the jungles of the Amazon, and the inside of a float tank. 

In the years that followed, he founded Capitol Floats – Sacramento's Premier Float Center. 

Now 6 years later, he and his co-founder have taken the next step together and join forces to create PLUNGE, a company with a mission to make cold plunging as common as coffee. 

And, way more healthy.
