“I microdose my adversity a hundred different ways. I sit in hot saunas, I spend time in freezing water, I train hard, I do martial arts. Restricting what you eat is just another way of putting your body through a little adversity. Since the beginning of time, the human experience wasn't eating three meals a day and having your digestive tract plugged full 24/7. No; it was feast and famine. You'd kill an animal and get to gorge for awhile and then guess what? Winter comes and none of your crops are growing and the hunts aren't going as well as you had hoped and you're going to go through some periods where you don't have food in abundance. It's natural and it's healthy but now that we don't have that experience based on our lifestyle, we have to implement that on our own.” – Greg Anderson
