5D and Beyond

So this concept of 3D, 4D, 5D and beyond…

I've been fascinated by it.

The dimensions we live in, 3D being the earth, 4D being the integration of physical and spiritual self and 5D as the expression of our highest self.

A lot of these concepts can get esoteric and “woo” but you and I both know that everything in life is spiritual whether we recognize it or not.

I can speak from personal experience on this, when we have something that we just can't seem to overcome or break through, it's most likely not a mental problem.

It's not a strategy, it's not in your planning, it's in the faculty way down deep inside of self-love and self-worth.

My guest today is a dynamic fitness trainer and energy coach specializing in rapid permanent change through corrective exercise, metabolic nutrition and energetic alignment.
