What's up, everyone? It's Josh Trent. Welcome back to the podcast. It's Wellness and Wisdom. If you're joining us for the first time, this is the place where we explore 5 sides of you, of us. What are these 5 sides? Why are they important? Well, there's a reason you clicked here.

And also in order to feed your body and clothe your body and take care of your body, you have to be deeply connected to your financial wealth and your financial status.

And I don't mean status like wearing a suit or being cool. What I'm talking about is integrating the part of you that can carry finance and that can really be the person you were destined to be. It's this physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and financial self that we this podcast with.

However, because myself and my co-pilot Mar, our content manager, go deep into the masculine and feminine expression and understanding of many of the things that hurt us, that really cause us pain, that is essentially wanting to teach us something.

Be careful of unearned wisdom because when you are given wisdom through pain, through ceremony, through peak experience, that you may not have the maturity to integrate, you will think you're healed, but it's actually pseudo-healing.

But let's get into this question it's actually, it's funny, the person who commented on John Delony‘s episode, it says, “My Healing Shelf,” which is interesting. What is the question from My Healing Shelf on YouTube?

Okay, so I would say she's an older lady because she already has children. So this lady commented:

I don't have “friends.” I have people I know. Okay, my healing shelf. So you had the courage to post your pain online. So we're gonna go deep into this.
And I really, from my heart, I just hope this is of service. Not because I have it all figured out and not because Mar has it all either.

But because we can speak to you from a place of almost 700 episodes now and 10 years of really interfacing and interviewing some of the best hearts and minds in the world.

When it comes to this topic and that is boundaries. You know, it's funny, I just had my friend Mark Groves in the studio today, and he has a course called Badass Boundaries.

And in that course, one of the very first things that you do is you take an inventory and you recognize in honesty, where do I not have boundaries? Where do I not have boundaries? Where would I like to have boundaries? And then what would those boundaries look like? Right, so where do I not have them? What would they look like?

And also what's the pain that I'm experiencing because of these boundaries not being there? And really what it is, is it's an energy leakage. So one thing she said, Mar, that was really interesting, she said, all I am is connection for these non-nourishing breadcrumbs. So we know that you're not nourished. And that's painful.

It's very painful to not feel nourished. And so look, in every question, and this is a piece of wisdom that you can apply for your entire life, in every question is encapsulated the answer.

So if you feel not nourished, that's the question, why do I feel not nourished? Then what are ways you can nourish yourself, right?

So you can nourish yourself obviously with healthy food and water, and we know that from thousands and thousands and thousands of people on many podcasts everywhere telling us, eat organic, clean foods when at all possible, drink water, not from a tap, drink real water that hasn't been putrefied, drink spring water, drink structured water if you can.

But really when it comes to nourishment, what does your social circle give to you? What do you really feel like you get from your social circle? What this calls forth in you, and this is hard because you've been through a lot. And so I wanna speak with ultimate compassion here.

I don't know what it's like to lose a wife. I don't know what that's like, but I can only imagine it would be the biggest in your nervous system that you could ever feel.

And then people avoiding you and your children and you almost dying in 2017, you've been through a lot. So the first thing I want to present is just, you know, put your hand on your heart and just take a deep breath and just realize, and through a lot.

So in that moment, a specific practice is, wow, how can I be here for myself first and foremost? Before you go out and start looking for nourishment from your community and from other people, How can you nourish yourself?

Even if you don't feel like it, even if it feels like the reticular activating system seeking out negativity, even if it feels like people just take from you, even if it feels like nobody wants to talk to you, because these are just programs. These are just programs, I promise you.

Right, and I'm speaking to you from the place where, no, I don't know exactly what it's like to be you or be in your body, but I do know the truth on the outside.

And the truth on the outside is that this death and these events and people that are taking from you and not giving to you, it is because your soul is being called forth to course correct. Your soul is being called forth to course correct. And so how do you do that?…
