Being a professional chef certainly has it perks – I’m constantly surrounded by delicious food and when I go out to eat – I always get the royal treatment.

As you can imagine, I’m super in love with the whole process. Food takes me to my happy place.Now, just to be totally real with you – in the past, it has been a struggle for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle, especially since I’m surrounded by people who love to eat, drink, and be merry (to excess, most of the time).
